Helpful Workplace Strategies

I really like the Four Tendencies framework and use it in my leadership coaching work with social sector leaders. The strategies for working across tendencies with Rebels were particularly helpful. Most of my clients are Obligers and, as a Questioner, I know how to help them. But I now want to try coaching more Rebels.
