The One-Sentence Journal is inspired by Gretchen Rubin’s own experience of creating a one-sentence journal to help keep a colorful record of her own life. Satisfying yet manageable, the One-Sentence Journal is designed for those who yearn to keep a record of their lives, but who can’t manage to write a long entry every day. We tend to overestimate what can be done in the short term, and underestimate what can be done in the long term, a little bit at a time. Writing one sentence a day sounds easy (and it is), and at the end of a year, adds up to a marvelous record.
Use this journal to record the progress of a new business or project, to write sweet memories of a child’s first year, to track a course of medical treatment, as a gratitude journal, as a food or travel journal, or to note creative insights.

love the fact that it makes me think about each day, reflections and ideas. keep my BP readings as well.
perfect size journal for the perfect sized memory. Plus I add in three things I am grateful for. Tried to start my own several times over the years, but have written in this every day since I received. on to a wonderful new habit!
I was glad to see the One-Sentence Journal had been updated, but I miss the 5-Year format. I'm finishing the 5th year of my current journal and it's fascinating to see what has remained the the same, and what has changed. I'll adjust how I use the journal - maybe I'll like it better.
I am enjoying my One sentence journal. It is easy to fill out every day. I look forward to having this filled out as a keepsake. And having no pre printed dates means you can skip a day amd it’s no big deal.
Quality is very good and fast delivery.
